Now it sounds a little hoity, toity, but the goal to compliment our estate-style architecture with the right mix of features and amenities is a worthy one. I think even Jane Austen would say it’s just what a community should be. We included the right amenities: a projection screen movie theater, large swimming pool with over-sized pool deck, hot tub and barbecue facilities, and a private fitness center with children’s playroom. We added the right features: thoughtful architecture, oversized attached garages, plenty of storage, vaulted ceilings. Finally, we insisted on beautifying the grounds with flowers, extensive mature plants, half-court basketball, tot lots, picnic areas, and walking paths. The result is a community deserving of its name.
