Traditions is a single-family residential community located in Elk Ridge, Utah.

Developed on 28 acres and comprising of 50 single-family homes, GCD partnered with leading residential architects, and experts in landscaping, interior and exterior design to create a community that integrated and benefited from the surrounding mountain environment and valley views.
